Endodontic Master Competition
The Endodontic Master Competition 2025 is an advanced-level contest designed to evaluate and enhance participants' knowledge, skills, and clinical expertise in endodontics. The competition aims to provide dental professionals and residents a platform to showcase their competency in root canal therapy, clinical problem-solving, and innovative treatment approaches. The judging panel will be comprised of experts in the field of endodontic.

Endodontic Master Competition
The goal of the competition include:
- Assessing the theoretical knowledge and practical skills.
- Encouraging critical thinking and decision-making.
- Promoting evidence-based practices and advancements in endodontic treatment.
- Pnspiring continuous learning and professional development in endodontic care.
The top five finalists will be selected to proceed to the final round. At the final round, the finalist is required to do 15 minutes oral presentation in the judging session. The presentations are judged by a panel of experts in endodontic and the top 3 presenters will be declared as the winners.

Rules & Regulations

- Candidate must be a participant in the FORIL 2025 Conference. FORIL committee is not eligible.
- Candidate must be dentist / dental specialist (co-assistant is not allowed).
- All submitted cases must be within the parameters of a non-surgical root canal treatment.
- Rubber dams are mandatory for all cases.
- he root canal preparation must be completed using FANTA AF files (purchased from THC Dental).
- Tetric N-Ceram Composite Resin, Ivoclar (purchased from THC Dental), must be used in the case (can be used for final restoration / artificial wall / barrier / rebase / etc).
- The case should be submitted in a PowerPoint format in a plain white theme (template can be downloaded from the web). Modifying the background slideare not allowed.
- A minimum of 3 radiographs will be required for the submission of the case.
- Pre-operative radiograph
- Working length of master cone radiograph
- Post-operative radiograph showing the final restoration
- Due date of case submission is on July 31st, 2025. Submissions after the deadline will not be considered.
- Each participant is allowed to submit only one case, and the submitted case must be the original case of the individual dentist that has not been previously published, presented in other competitions, or submitted to any journals.
- If participants take part in both the Endodontic Competition (EMAS) and the Poster Award, the cases submitted must be different.
- All candidates are required to follow THC Dental’s official Instagram account @thc_dental.
- By uploading the presentation, you agree to its publication on the conference website and in THC Dental’s marketing materials.

The following details must be described in the case presentation:
- Clinical condition of the tooth (if any)
- Position/inclination
- Isolation difficulties
- Canal morphology
- Iatrogenic incidents
- Previously treated or not
- Outcome of the treatment
- Treatment plan
- Radiograph obturation
- Restoration
- Documentation
